Premium Appliance Repair Specialists provides appliance repair and maintenance services for high-end appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, and other luxury brands. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer.

Service Appointments

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and are subject to confirmation.
  • A service call fee may apply to cover the cost of diagnosis and travel.
  • Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the service appointment.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Pricing and Payment

  • Repair estimates are provided after diagnosis and are subject to your approval before work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service.

Warranty

Our repair services include a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms and conditions are provided at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues
  • Repairs attempted by others after our service
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original repair
